At CoolGadgetz, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping information below before placing your order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Delivery times

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days
  • Express Delivery: 3–5 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and Bank Holidays.

Shipping costs

  • Standard Delivery: Free on orders over Β£35 β€” Β£2.99 on orders under Β£35
  • Express Delivery: Β£4.99 on all orders

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the courier. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at coolgadgetz.uk@outlook.com.

Customs and import charges

All orders are shipped to UK addresses and are fulfilled in compliance with UK import regulations. There are no additional customs or import charges for UK customers.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information and contact the courier directly. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, get in touch with us at coolgadgetz.uk@outlook.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

CoolGadgetz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.

Incorrect delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. CoolGadgetz cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at coolgadgetz.uk@outlook.com β€” we will do our best to amend it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, please report this to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing coolgadgetz.uk@outlook.com with a clear photo of the damage. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on damaged item claims.
